McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at the stunning estate Albert Court in Henley-on-Thames.
Base Salary: £12.34 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role: As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. You will handle housekeeping, domestic support, and activities that promote health and happiness. Your duties include supporting residents with appointments, transport, escorting visits, and shopping. Every day presents new opportunities to make a positive impact using your people skills.
About you: You are a warm, friendly individual, preferably with experience in care or support environments. You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing of older adults and enjoy teamwork. You are committed to delivering excellent customer service. Ideally, you hold a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
