Acrylicize is a multidisciplinary studio made up of artists, designers, creatives, and makers. We create and curate bespoke artworks, installations, and schemes for our clients using art as a vehicle for storytelling and brand expression. Our clients are a mix of the world's leading developers, brands, architects and designers. As a Senior Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in the studio, looking after our clients and the logistics of our exciting projects from initial briefing through installation. You will be an integral part of the Projects Team and work closely with the New Business Team, Creative Director, and CEO. Main Responsibilities Act as main point of contact for clients from conception through to after-sales care Deliver projects within agreed budget and deadlines Create costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and finalised fee agreements Manage multiple projects at anytime on a range of budgets Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree prices Continuously update Managing Director and Projects Director on all budget related issues Keep project team updated on key deliverables and progress Work closely with Projects Director to resource design time to team Work closely with Creatives to advise on how projects can be executed in terms of materiality and techniques Source materials, products, and props for projects Coordinate site visits and communicate information to the internal team Oversee installations on site Act as the main point of communication for clients, suppliers, and collaborators Required skills An education in the design field Proven experience delivering projects in the design industry at a range of scales and across multiple disciplines Experience handling accounts and dealing directly with clients Prior project management related experience is preferable Experience working with relatively large production budgets up to £500,000 Excellent organisational skills Fantastic written and verbal communication skills A passion for quality in every endeavour A hunger to constantly improve the studio’s output A good knowledge of InDesign Working knowledge of CAD software Salary £50,000 A little bit about our benefits 25 days holiday, 5 of these held for Christmas closure 1 additional day of holiday per year of service (up to 30 days) Private healthcare (from 6 months service) 4% matching pension (from 3 months service) Hybrid working, from the studio Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday optional remote Half a day per month for creative pursuits Enhanced maternity and paternity policies We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
