Global Benefits and Compensation Specialist
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Work Arrangement: 3 days in Office
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 depending on experience
About the role:
Our client is looking for a Benefits Specialist with exposure to Compensation. As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class Employee Benefits Programme. Stakeholder management is key for this role, thus exposure to global brokers and ways of working is essential. You will be the subject matter expert in managing and defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total reward and benefits package for employees. You will also be responsible for communicating employee benefits and ensuring employees understand and engage with the benefits available to them.
More about the day-to-day:
1. End-to-end management of country and regional benefit contract renewals.
2. Building relationships and driving vendors/brokers to provide contract usage data.
3. Ensuring compliance with country regulations.
4. Preparing and presenting reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership.
5. Management of Benefit Policies.
6. Stakeholder management with renewal approvers and the in-region Leadership group.
7. Partnering with the wider business and your HR community to communicate key reward principles.
8. Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products, and services.
Employee Communication and Engagement:
1. Engagement Campaigns: Launch campaigns to increase employee awareness and usage of specific benefits, such as wellness programs or retirement planning tools.
