As an After Sales Advisor, you will be providing exceptional customer service by efficiently managing vehicle bookings, repairs, and customer communication from initial contact through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule vehicle appointments and repairs in a timely manner.
2. Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for repairs.
3. Maintain open and effective communication with customers throughout the repair process.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
5. Generate service documentation, job cards, and follow-up systems.
6. Accurately update customer and vehicle history records.
7. Document warranty work according to company standards.
8. Ensure all work is completed as specified and charged correctly.
9. Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
10. Arrange for parts and equipment as needed.
Person Specification:
1. Strong customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Good organisational and time management skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in relevant computer systems.
6. Use of Kerridge, 1Link or similar DMS systems.
7. Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is a bonus.
8. Must hold a Full UK Driving licence.
