Role Overview The European Talent Administrator will provide support in our specific development and talent programmes through assisting with the efficient and effective participant experience under the guidance of the European Talent Manager. Having a strong interest in learning and development and administering projects, the role will encompass some or all activities listed below, as required by the business needs. How you will become part of the bigger picture… As part of our team, you will: Support event logistics using LMS and manual processes to ensure the end-to-end process delivers a quality experience to our customers all over the European region and global programmes. Send out invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications to participants. Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and venues to ensure smooth execution of training programs Responsible for incoming requests - respond accordingly to ensure accurate information is provided to delegates and trainers in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant feedback, and training outcomes in line with our KPI’s Support the process of invoicing delegates to the different business's and tracking the progress of the charges Maintain and update the LMS with course content, training schedules, and learner information. Manage L&D email inbox and respond to inquiries about training programs. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the LMS and provide support to users.
