Business Development Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for one of the UK's leading powered access companies. This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth and opportunities across new and existing accounts.


Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the powered access and related sectors.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and decision-makers across the construction industry.
3. Drive revenue and growth within new and existing accounts through strategic relationship building and negotiation skills.
4. Manage and grow a territory within the construction industry successfully.
5. Maintain a tenacious, energetic approach suited for sales environments.
6. Possess a full UK driving license.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the powered access, plant hire, or construction equipment industry.
* Experience in managing and expanding a territory in construction.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Full UK driving license.
