Joining a thriving and growing E-commerce business, this role will see you working in a small team reporting to the founder. They are seeking a new Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of all paid social and search campaigns. The business is based around sports so would suit anyone who has a passion for the sporting industry. They offer hybrid working with 3 days a week onsite in Worcestershire. This role is paying up to £40,000 depending on experience. What You Will Be Doing Managing Paid Social and Paid Search Campaigns: Develop and execute strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance results. Optimising Budgets: Manage significant budgets across platforms to maximise return on investment. Audience Segmentation & Creative Optimisation: Create targeted campaigns and refine creative ideas for different audiences. Influencer and Email Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage email campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar. What We Are Looking For Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing paid campaigns. Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Experience with Twitter marketing is desirable. Creative and Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and develop innovative marketing strategies.
