Part Time Administrator - 6 month contract Salary will be pro rata of £25k - so approx £15800 for 25 hours We are seeking a part time administrator/receptionist for a 6-month contract to assist in a busy construction office on the outskirts of Orpington. You will need to drive/or have own transport due to rural location of the company- as there are no public transport links The hours are flexible to suit you So, for example. 3 full days per week 8.00 – 5.00pm 24hrs or 5 days covering 9.30 – 2.30pm 25hrs This combined role of Admin /Reception will cover the following duties; Receptionist & first point of contact – fielding calls and welcoming visitors to Head Office Managing incoming and outgoing post Stationery ordering, office supplies & consumables Files and folders directory management, project admin support etc Various admin duties to assist Project Administrators & other departments as & when required Calling suppliers, dealing with delivery notes Creating PO's All other admin support required for projects and departments Skills required: Previous admin and reception skills Good overall MS Office knowledge Word, Excel, Outlook etc Numeric ability and happy working with spreadsheets Good organisational skills and happy to take ownership of reception area & manage efficiently Excellent attention to detail and competent admin skills Excellent communicator with a positive, can-do and flexible working attitude Can work to ever changing deadlines Benefits: Free Parking on Site Company Pension after probation Employee Assistance Programme 23 days holiday (3 days taken for Christmas close from entitlement) plus bank holidays ( will be pro rata) If you are interested this role and have the necessary skills, and want to commit to a 6 month contract on a part time basis and have your own transport please call me to find out more
