As a Maintenance Operative at Lidl, you’ll play a crucial role in the upkeep and improvement of our stores across your region. From groundwork repairs and plumbing to painting and decorating, this is the ideal role for a motivated jack-of-all-trades, who loves a bit of variety in their day-to-day.

What you'll do
1. Carry out structural maintenance in both stores and warehouses
2. Attend to general building and labouring work
3. Put your decorating skills to good use, including painting and tiling
4. Confidently carry out general plumbing duties
5. Frequently use power tools
6. Undertake PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to store and work proactively to find and repair faults
What you'll need
7. Experience in general maintenance work
8. Strong numeracy skills
9. Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
10. Flexibility with regards to working hours as some evenings and weekends will be required
11. Relevant qualifications are desirable (i.e. NVQ, BTEC)
