Description
Assist in the recruitment process by creating job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
Support in the preparation of HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employees
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
Address employee queries regarding office management issues
Participate in the organisation's HR projects
Maintain employee records for future reference
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementProfile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
Strong ability in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HR software
Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresJob Offer
