About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Reliability Planner to join our team in Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed job plans for maintenance activities aligned with plant objectives.
* Manage the procurement of materials, special tools, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
* Schedule and plan downtime effectively to minimize production impact and identify reliability improvements.
* Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems to support maintenance processes, including machinery history and work orders.
* Monitor and report on work progress to maintenance leaders, highlighting challenges and solutions.
* Handle basic maintenance issues under supervision, escalating complex problems as needed.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience in plant operations or maintenance planning.
* Experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or plant operations.
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems - SAP - and plant performance analysis.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Estimated Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
