Manchester:
You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a truly state-of-the-art gym, an indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes, and creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over adidas employees, working across various departments.
What you’ll do:
High performing individuals within the adidas sales team are responsible for executing strategies and business efforts that deliver the company's objectives. They manage or support the team and contribute to achieving shared business goals. They create clarity, confidence, and recommendations to enable tough decisions and foster a culture of high performance and belonging at adidas.
The skills you’ll need for a role within our sales team:
Brand Ambassadorship & Account Management:
Brand Representation: As the brand ambassador, you’ll embody our brand values when interacting with stakeholders.
Account Management:
Understanding Accounts: Dive into the specifics of assigned accounts. Know their nuances, preferences, and pain points.
Strategic Planning: Develop robust account strategies and document these in Account Strategic account plans.
Sell-Out & Order Book: Monitor sell-out data and manage orders efficiently.
Trade Terms Negotiation: Negotiate and implement trade terms to benefit both parties.
Entrepreneurial mindset drives opportunities that can increase both net sales and market share.
Leadership & Reporting:
Skill Development: Mentor and coach your direct reports. Enhance their functional and core skills.
Effective Reporting: Regularly report progress using established guidelines.
Provide accurate plans and forecasts for customer performance.
Internal Advocacy: Act as an internal ambassador, advocating for your accounts’ needs.
UK:
We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and flexibility to work from home on the other 2 days. We aim to accommodate candidates with various flexible working policies.
