The Role:
The MSP team works with partners in our Duo MSP and Secure MSP Centre partner programs which is a direct buying motion with Cisco. These buying programs are designed to make procurement and management of software licenses easy so that our partners can scale. Sales rigor and operational efficiency are key skills in this role.
What You'll Do:
1. Sell the value of our partner programs and build relationships with partners to grow the base.
2. Onboard new MSP partners to the program.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell through further partner penetration & higher license packages.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across your dedicated region.
5. Work with the team on strategic initiatives.
6. Attend MSP events.
Required Skills:
1. Highly-motivated sales professional with demonstrated experience in building partner relationships.
2. 3+ years of SaaS experience.
3. Track record of building pipeline.
4. Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of accounts.
5. Inform and action sales initiatives through data.
6. Understand direct and sell-thru selling.
7. Ability to learn new products and create/learn processes quickly.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience selling MSP programs.
2. Experience selling cybersecurity.
3. MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology.
4. Ability to speak German.
5. Experience cold calling and working in a Top of Funnel team (SDR/ADR).
