THE FINANCE MANAGER ROLE:

1. Working closely with the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for running the finances for one of the subsidiaries and assisting in group wide accounting as and when required.
2. Overseeing and developing a Finance Administrator
3. Management of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Notes, Bank Reconciliation and Account Reconciliation
4. Maintaining Purchase Order numbers and approval procedures
5. Preparing supplier payments and authorising transactions
6. Handling supplier and subcontractor payments, including reconciliation
7. Ensuring accuracy in supplier and subcontractor statements
8. Responsible for the creation of sales invoices, credit notes, and customer communication
