THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
DMS are currently recruiting for an exceptional Client Services Manager to work within our localisation department. The position will involve managing various workflows, content and delivery of high-end global content.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a professional Client Services Manager to coordinate and oversee our organisations localisation within the client services department.
The Client Services Manager role is to implement the right process and practices across the business related to our client services team and their localisation responsibilities.
The specific duties of the Client Services Manager include the line management, learning and development of the team, formulating strategy improving performance, overseeing workflow and proposing ways to improve and streamline our processes. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead a team of client service Versioning Producers providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
2. Recruit, train and supervise staff.
3. Expand upon training documentation and processes to optimise learning and development opportunities.
4. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
5. Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.
6. Aid the department in effective prioritisation of orders.
Workflow Optimisation:
1. Continuously assess and improve localisation workflows, leveraging technology, automation, and industry best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and streamline operations across multiple projects.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve any localisation issues or concerns promptly.
Project Oversight:
1. Work with our client service studio managers to make sure the team is ready and able to process, manage and deliver marketing AV asset localisation projects ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including client services versioning producers and production team department heads to ensure smooth workflow and effective project coordination.
3. Oversee internal digital asset management and booking platforms to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and meet client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in client services management, operations management, project management, or a similar role within the film industry, with a focus on localisation.
In-depth knowledge of film production and distribution processes, particularly related to trailers and video marketing materials.
Strong understanding of localisation processes, including subtitling, dubbing, voiceover, and graphics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
