About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with NEC contract standards. As an NEC Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction quality, compliance, and site supervision to maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Conduct regular inspections and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
2. Quality Assurance: Verify that all work aligns with the approved design and quality guidelines, and proactively address any non-compliance issues.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site logs, and documentation of any defects or quality concerns.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and design teams to support smooth project execution, provide updates, and address potential delays or risks.
5. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience as a Supervisor, Clerk of Works, or similar role on NEC-managed projects.
2. Strong understanding of NEC contract standards and quality control processes.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Pay: £26.00-£29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 – 40 per week
