Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will lead the company’s social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer interaction. They will develop and analyse online presence by creating innovative digital marketing strategies using social media to drive traffic to company pages, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
* Manage the Group’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
* Plan, create and schedule engaging content, including photography and video, to enhance brand presence.
* Work closely with retail stores to align social strategies and maintain a consistent online presence.
Content Creation & Engagement
* Develop engaging online content and monitor performance to optimise engagement.
* Respond to all enquiries via social media, including messages and comments across Meta, Instagram and Twitter.
* Interact with local businesses and industry-related pages to build online relationships and increase visibility.
* Create and publish weekly social media stories for Hugh Rice and LUXE.
Campaign & Performance Management
* Create and manage all paid social media campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes.
* Track and report on social media activities, analysing growth and engagement data weekly and providing monthly performance summaries.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Keep up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to refine current strategies.
Content & Production Planning
* Organise and execute quarterly shoot days to produce high-quality social media content.
* Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
* Review existing processes and research best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
* Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
* Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and optimise performance.
* Ability to engage with online communities and foster brand loyalty.
* Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
