We wish to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant with a “can do” approach to join our busy General Office who has excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and work accurately as part of a team. This will be under the guidance of the Office Manager within an agreed programme of supervision, to provide a range of administrative and reception functions to effectively support teaching and learning of the Academy. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
