Job summary The post holder will ensure that professional and National standards are met and will act as a positive role model to junior team members following the nursing and midwifery Council (NMC), Health Professional Council (HPC) and KEVII Code of Conduct. Responsible to the Theatre Manager you will provide leadership to the theatre by assisting the theatre manager when on leave. The post holder is a key member of the group Management Team contributing to financial balance within their area of responsibility. The deputy Theatre Manager will also provide knowledge in the delivery of the patient safety and governance agenda within theatres and associated areas by working collaboratively with the Theatre Manager and Theatre Governance and IPC lead.
