We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time 18.5 hours per week (2.5 days per week) Housing Management Assistant to join Southampton City Council in the Housing Service Team.
About the role
You will support the delivery of the tenancy and estate management services to tenants and leaseholders.
You will maintain accurate information on the Council’s housing management systems on tenancy issues relating to individual properties and/or tenants using the systems as a tool to manage case work.
About you:
You will need to be highly motivated, have the ability to work in a team, as well as working alone. Good communication, organisation and administrative skills are essential.
You will also need to have an excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use self service, digital user platforms, applications and MS Office.
