Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing client based in Stockton-on-Tees with the appointment of an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner. You will be supporting the senior leadership team with all things HR from policies and procedures to employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluating and updating job descriptions, employment contracts and employee records
* Answering all HR queries posed by management and employees
* Advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection and interview evaluation procedures
* Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns
* Participating in the appointment process for potential employees
* Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover
* Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members
* Supporting leadership with employee reviews when required
* Managing site attendance alongside the leadership team
* Updating HR policies in line with current legislation
We are looking to speak with candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in human resources with a CIPD Level 5. You will ideally also have experience operating in a manufacturing or engineering business. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and a working knowledge of HR systems and software.
