Customer Service Administrator As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Working closely with the team to meet and exceed customer service targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Resolving complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
Strong Customer Service skillset
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems, with SAP experience preferable
A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
