We are looking for a Finance Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will either be qualified by experience or someone who has recently studied Accountancy at University or College.
This is a small, friendly team where everyone plays their part. Good attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems are essential.
Main duties to include:
Raising PO numbers, matching and processing purchase invoices.
Bank reconciliations
Raise manual invoices when required
Ensure the information entered is accurate and any discrepancies are flagged
Ad hoc accounts duties to support the wider team We are looking for:
Knowledge of accounts functions, either through study or working experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn new IT systems
Someone who can work independently and work to deadlines Benefits:
