As an Integrated Services Technical Coordinator, you will provide real-time technical support for the Surface product portfolio and associated software. With the goals to prevent/minimize non-productive time for customers and shape requirements for product or service enhancements, you will investigate and analyze unsatisfactory product or service performance.
As an Integrated Services Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
* Leading and supporting customer projects, providing technical leadership for scope, requirements, specifications, and successful delivery.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge.
* Coordinating work at field sites to ensure successful delivery of pressure control services for our customers.
* Developing and mentoring your team's skills to strengthen performance and improve our support to customers and the business.
* Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Offshore experience in a Surface environment.
* Technical Knowledge of Engineering drawings / API codes / PRPs and offshore operations.
* Prior experience leading teams and mentoring others.
* Driving license in order to travel to different work sites.
