About the role
Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to help partners understand the performance of the F&F Online business and inform our Online strategy and tactical activity.
You will be responsible for
* Developing data requirements that are needed for F&F Online, raising these with the relevant TAP domain teams, and performing user acceptance testing of new data tables.
* Supporting the F&F Online Analytics domain PM to handle the backlog of data requirements and attending sprint reviews to keep up to date with the latest data developments.
* Evolving the team structure to support the growth ambitions of Online and support TBS analysts with their technical and personal development, ensuring analytics best practice is followed across the team.
* Gathering, shaping, prioritising and assigning one-off analytics requests coming through on the tracker to optimise workload and output.
* Ensuring insight is shared widely, understood, and acted upon.
* Leading quarterly sessions to plan the analytical support that projects in the business plan will need.
* Ensuring all analysts surface at least one analysis per month to unlock value for F&F Online.
* Identifying new insights that could be beneficial to the department and previous insights that would benefit from being fed into the reporting 2.0 stream to produce regularly.
* Promoting a data-driven, self-serve culture and ensuring the team's dashboards, tools, and resources are shared widely, understood, and acted upon, and defining requirements for new ones to meet the department's needs.
* Collaborating with the Online-adjacent analytics teams to ensure they are joined up and avoid duplication.

Experience relevant for this job:
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI software (preferably Tableau, Adobe Analytics) to manipulate and share data in a clear and visually appealing way to support partners in making business decisions
* Experience using query language (preferably SQL) to access and manipulate data from a database
* Broad understanding of our business and industry
