Tasks
* Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team.
* Once you have gained an understanding of the Dental sector, you will be responsible for a variety of meetings including ‘inspections’ (client pitches) with business owners, liaising with sector professionals/introducers, delivering presentations and attending exhibitions & conferences.
* Estimate the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes.
* Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers and negotiating sales.
* Arrange & follow up viewings and process offers including buyer due diligence.
* Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors.
* Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome.
* Utilising our advanced Salesforce CRM system, in order to manage the sale processes to deliver real-time, accurate reporting.
* Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region.
* Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts and influencers.
* Working as part of our motivated team to enhance our reputation and profile UK wide.
Requirements
Professional Experience
* Previous experience within an Estate Agency business; Desirable.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; Essential.
* Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential.
* Knowledge of the property sector and property trends; Desirable.
* Relevant Real Estate degree; Desirable.
* Experience of working with Salesforce; Desirable.
