This position is a 12-month fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity.
We are excited to be hiring a new Administration Assistant to join our Surrey Heath Reablement team. The team is based in Camberley and supports Surrey residents, in their own homes, to enable them to live as independently as possible and enhance their quality of life.

About the role
Administration Assistants provide administrative support to the operational team and management to enable the smooth running of day-to-day activities. This is a varied role and includes tasks such as being the initial point of contact for the team, talking to people we support, updating data in various electronic systems, ordering supplies, dealing with queries from our reablement assistants, and preparing correspondence. Our administration staff work flexibly and in a supportive manner to support each other and the Reablement teams across the county when necessary.
Shortlisting Criteria
To be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence your:
* Proficiency in basic IT skills such as Microsoft Office, email, and file management alongside a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy, balancing your own workload to complete work in allocated timeframes.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring smooth communication and support in order to maintain efficient operations.
