Field Service Engineer
£30,000 - £45,000(DOE)
08:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday (40hr per week) plus overtime
(Overtime at 1.5 Monday to Saturday and double time Sundays and Bank Holidays.)

Job Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to the service controller, you will be required to travel to customers sites (primarily throughout the South East of England) carrying out servicing, breakdowns and repair work to mechanical handling equipment in a time and cost-effective manner.
* Diagnosing faults and required repairs and liaising with the customer and the service department as to the most efficient and cost-effective solution to keep the customers operation running smoothly.
* Maintaining and developing good working relationships with customers and existing staff is a key to our business model.
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years working within on Forklift Trucks to include electrical & mechanical experience is preferred.
* Mechanical handling repair and service background (or associated industries) will be considered.
* Previous experience and qualifications from a similar role will be considered.
* Practical experience in electrical mechanical engineering.
* Armed Forces background considered

* You must hold a full UK driving license.
* Computer literate.
