Talent Acquisition - Administrator
About the Role
As a key member of their talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in providing recruitment and employee onboarding administration support. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Prepare and administer offer letters, contracts, induction paperwork, and reference requests for all new employees.
2. Ensure all employment and induction forms are returned, scanned, and saved to the relevant personnel file.
3. Carry out pre-employment checks with diligence.
4. Update HR systems with new employee details accurately.
5. Set up new employees on the e-learning platform (Bobs Business) and one-to-one system.
6. Coordinate with Facilities to create new employee starter packs.
7. Organise new employee starter inductions and maintain an induction matrix.
8. Ensure all new employees attend their scheduled inductions.
9. Prepare and administer agency temporary staff and work experience paperwork.
10. Maintain trackers for new employees, agency temporary staff, and work experience placements.
11. Raise recruitment purchase orders as needed.
12. Keep the company organisational chart up to date.
