Job description Finance Assistant| £24,000 - £25,000 | Permanent | Leeds | Hybrid Client: Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing Professional Services organisation based in Leeds, who are seeking an Finance Assistant to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. They are offering a salary of £24,000 to £25,000 (DOE) with the idea of progression is encouraged. The role also boasts a range of benefits including. Duties: · Undertake administration work, such as monitor, control, report on queries and answer basic queries · Produce and send Copy invoices from system · Crediting and releasing invoices from system · Completing Credit Controls part in Supplier requests · Managing the Accounts & Credit Control email inboxes · Dealing with distributing emails & post · Preparing and organising payment advices sent by clients · Identifying correct client for allocation of cash, investigating unallocated cash · Assisting with the actual posting of cash · Checking accuracy of information on Sage and making amendments · Any other administrative tasks to support the finance team The Person: · The ability to work proactively independently and part of team · Experience of finance background and IT Proficient · Good organisational and planning skills · An excellent phone manner and communication skills HB19401 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year Additional pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Benefits: Life insurance Work from home
