About the Roles:

We are seeking three Practice Managers: two for our Adult Care Management Teams and one for our Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Team (a s75 partnership between LBWF and NELFT). These positions are pivotal in ensuring high-quality, legally compliant social care practice while supporting and supervising qualified staff and social care assistants.

You will:

1. Provide professional supervision and leadership to Social Workers and support staff.
2. Undertake the full legal range of social care assessments and person-led support plans.
3. Manage a small, complex caseload.
4. Promote independence and well-being for adults and older people.
