Due to an upcoming maternity absence, our global manufacturing Client, in the Greater Belfast area, wishes to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner for a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting with key internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure they provide an effective HR service that adds real value.
This is a senior HR opportunity which requires a strong HR generalist background and good experience in providing expert advice and managing employee relations cases.
The Role:
* Reporting to the HR Manager
* Advise and coach the leadership team to develop people management skills across the business
* Handle all employee relations cases
* Manage the daily HR activity and support other HR team members
* Develop and improve existing HR processes to continually add value to the business
* Ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are correctly carried out
* Policy development and implementation
* Assist the Recruitment business Partner at all levels, with a focus on long term planning and less reactive actions
* HR projects
The Person:
* 3 rd level qualification
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience working at a HR Business Partner or Senior HR generalist level
* CIPD qualified
* Passion for HR excellence
* Significant relevant experience in at least 4 of the following 5 areas: managing attendance, managing grievance and/or dignity at work cases, managing disciplinary cases, developing HR policy and procedures, delivering HR projects
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively within a fast paced HR department
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent communicator
