A leading estate agency in Southport is looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. With a competitive base salary and an attractive OTE of £34,000, this role offers excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained and in compliance with legal regulations.
Handling tenant queries and resolving any issues promptly.
Arranging property viewings and liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Managing the end-to-end tenancy process, including renewals, deposit handling, and property inspections.
Handling maintenance requests and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
Ensuring that rent arrears are managed effectively and in line with company policy.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or a similar role is essential.
A good understanding of residential tenancy law and landlord obligations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on customer service.
Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
