Hours:
* Full-time hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) with a half-hour break
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Provide professional, helpful, and timely responses to consumer inquiries
* Understand consumer needs and respond appropriately to leave them feeling valued
* Work cross-functionally to provide information to other teams
* Demonstrate empathy and use every contact as an opportunity to engage and build relationships
* Review and report trends in consumer contacts, sharing insights with the marketing team

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Sound judgement in raising internal awareness and urgency
