Key elements of the role include: Work as part of the pharmacy dispensary services team in the comprehensive and efficient supply and delivery of medications. Organise and supervise dispensary activities including staff and workflow. Train and mentor senior pharmacy assistants, trainee senior pharmacy assistants and pharmacy assistants. Labelling and dispensing inpatient, outpatient and clinical trial prescriptions. Maintenance of stock, including stock taking and ordering and receipt of stock from pharmacy stores.
