This role offers hands-on experience across multiple sectors including construction, logistics, and retail. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Management 1. Conduct site visits and safety audits across multiple divisions 2. Assist with investigate accidents/incidents/near misses 3. Maintain accident reporting systems Documentation & Compliance 1. Develop and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) 2. Support PQQ submissions and H&S accreditations 3. Assist with occupational health processes 4. Assist with fire risk assessments and office H&S inspections Administrative & Strategic 1. Manage document control systems 2. Assist with specialised safety matters (environment, occupational health) 3. Manage iAuditor system Required Skills & Experience 1. Experience in health and safety. 2. Knowledge of UK H&S regulations and standards 3. Excellent organisational skills 4. Valid UK driving license for site visits 5. Eager to learn and progress Qualifications 1. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent 2. Additional specialised certifications Location Based at company Head office with regular travel to sites required This role reports to the HSEQ Manager and Operations Director and works closely with divisional directors and site teams
