Job description
You will be part of the Adviser Support & Paraplanning team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service to our large client bank across the country, ensuring work is processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Paraplanners/Planners: collating information to support financial planning processes using various software systems
2. New Business Processing: Setting up products/pensions with various providers, both paper-based and electronically, follow up through to completion
Desired Skills and Expertise:
3. Experience in supporting Wealth Advisers across various product areas
4. Understanding of compliance requirements in the advisory process
5. Proven track record of achieving targets independently
You must have experience as a Financial Services Administrator to be successful in your application.
