Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends. Market Analysis : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing ones. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to align product goals with business objectives. Product Launches : Manage end-to-end product launch activities, including planning, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Performance Tracking : Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and implement improvements to optimize product success. Regulatory & Compliance : Ensure factored products comply with industry regulations, certifications, and standards. Cost Management : Develop cost models and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Qualifications & Experience: Strong communication skills Analytical mindset with data driven decision making and actional insights. Ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse teams toward common product goals. Resilience in navigating challenges such as supply chain issues, delays, and evolving customer needs. Strategic thinking balancing short term requirements with the longer-term business goals.
