We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a market leading company in Northampton.
This role is perfect for someone who has experience in a similar role. This is a hybrid role with many benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing month-end accounts to meet reporting deadlines.
2. Liaising and reporting to the senior management team.
3. Reporting revenue, gross margin, and weekly volume to the Financial Controller.
4. Overseeing day-to-day financial functions of the organization, including managing budgets, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
5. Preparing financial forecasts and projections.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
1. Part/full Qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Fully computer literate and an advanced user of Excel.
4. Analytical with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
7. Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
8. Keen on developing relationships.
9. Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and at pace.
