An exciting opportunity has become available within a Local Authority based in Dorset. We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to assist with all employee relations (ER) matters.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage change and transformation projects such as TUPE or redundancies.
2. Assist with developing and updating new and old policies.
3. Ensure ER information is collected and analysed to make sure informed decisions are made.
4. Ensure managers are up to date with training and knowledge in employee relations.
Candidate Requirements
1. CIPD membership.
2. Previous experience of working in a similar employee relations role.
