HR Administrator – Fantastic Opportunity for HR Graduates!

The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing HR team and work closely with a standalone HR Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of HR. You’ll be responsible for providing essential HR administration support, assisting with recruitment, payroll, benefits, training and development, compliance, and general HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, confident in taking on new responsibilities, and proactive in communicating with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support the onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive induction materials and complete necessary paperwork.
Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference checks and right-to-work verification.
Provide payroll administration support, ensuring all changes are processed correctly.
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on policies, benefits, and entitlements.
Maintain training records and assist in coordinating development sessions.
Support compliance with company policies and assist with audits and reporting.What We’re Looking For
A degree in HR (CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential).
Experience in generalist administration or recruitment.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS databases.Why Join?
