You’d be joining the FA Customer Journey team and working across the Customer Outcome function. The team has a clear purpose to support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the Money and Home’s businesses. You’ll work closely with a small team of MI specialists who enable us to take a data led approach to quality assurance and make sure that the business as a whole has a clear line of sight to the customer outcomes being delivered. You will be responsible for the production and delivery of key management information from across the Customer Outcomes area, ensuring it is reported accurately and in a timely manner to Managers, Senior Leaders and Working Groups. This can range from the delivery of information from Workday and analysis in Excel, to more complex solutions such as utilising Power Platform. Other key aspects of the role: Helping to drive change and continuous improvement Supporting a wide variety of departments with their reporting needs Proactively building relationships across the business to communicate and present solutions, ensuring stakeholders make informed decisions through the power of data What Do We Need From You? An ability to use data interrogation, manipulation and reporting tools – including Excel, SQL, Sharepoint, PowerBI etc. A technical aptitude and inquisitive mind Experience in managing and meeting deadlines Ability to absorb and interpret information with accuracy and clear attention to detail Clear in communicating technical information to a non-technical audience Comfortable following processes, whilst also being agile when required A positive attitude that contributes to the wellbeing of the wider team
