The Role… We are seeking an experienced Teeny Assistant to join our team at Babington House (BA11 3RW).. Ensuring that all the children's needs are met in your care and to ensure that the environment of Teeny Barn is clean, safe and secure for all members, children, guests and colleagues. Main Duties Welcome, greet and meet members and guests with a professional but warm and friendly manner Interact and engage with all children Ensure the environment is safe for all children, parents and colleagues Provide a happy, stimulating environment for all children Ensure the cleanliness of Teeny Barn is kept to standard at all times Keep children entertained through various activities Meet all children’s personal needs including nappy changing and toileting at all times Report back any safeguarding or illness concerns you have to the management team What we are looking for in a Teeny Assistant Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required Expected working hours for a Teeny Assistant: Working 11 hours per week, over time available when employees on annual leave and Events Travel: Approx. 30 minutes from Bath, 50 minutes from Bristol & 10 mins from Frome (No local transport from Frome)
