This role will support the Admin team and the Health and Safety Team in ensuring both internal and external training requirements are met, along with general administrative support. As an Administrator you will report to the Head of Site Operations and will be primarily based at our Nottingham office, with the potential need to travel to other UK sites but on a limited basis. This is a full-time onsite position. Role Responsibilities: Coordinate with training providers to book H&S training across all UK sites. Schedule attendee lists, meetings rooms, travel arrangements and refreshments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records. Organise regular health surveillance and vaccinations for colleagues. Schedule appointments, meeting rooms and attendee lists. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Arrange meetings and take minutes for H&S meetings. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for colleagues, including senior management. General office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents. Maintain and update the H&S intranet page. Support the H&S Manager with writing H&S policies and procedures. Key Requirements: GCSE’s (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English Experience working in an administrative environment would be beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word and Excel. A can-do, enthusiastic approach. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritise in a rapidly evolving environment. The ability to be able to collaborate and work as part of a team.
