Electrical Project Manager
Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall (Occasional travel to sites when required)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Profile:
The Electrical Project Manager / Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing electrical projects across renewable energy sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and flexibility to travel nationwide.
Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Lead and manage high and low voltage electrical installation projects
2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required
3. Oversee HV and LV electrical design, plant specification, and liaise with subcontracted designers
4. Identify, record, and respond to faults with a proactive, problem-solving approach
5. Analyse site performance data and implement improvements
6. Complete technical designs, reports, and documentation
7. Monitor asset-managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover
Requirements / Skills:
1. City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
2. Level 3 Technical and Vocational Qualification or Level 3 Diploma
3. BS#removed#th Edition certification
4. High voltage experience
5. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the renewables industry
6. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and process-driven approach
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. IT literate with the ability to use monitoring software
9. Full UK driving licence
10. Flexibility to travel across the South West and Midlands when required
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in Solar PV and onshore wind installation and maintenance
2. CAD experience
3. Experience in communications setup and configuration
4. HV Authorised Person / Switching Course
5. BS#removed#th Edition Amendment 2 certification
