New HR Advisor job, based in County Antrim (NI) with an award winning, leading, specialist manufacturing organisation. This is a new, permanent role, offering a competitive salary and benefits. Due to continued growth and reputation for excellence, our market leading specialist manufacturing Client in the County Antrim area, are keen to recruit an experienced HR Advisor/Officer. This is a hands on, permanent HR role and an exciting time to join the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, and working as part of a well established, supportive team, the successful HR professional will enjoy the varied, generalist day to day activities of this role. The HR Advisor will support everything from recruitment, inductions, employee relations and welfare issues, to training, policy and process review. The Role: Recruitment management -from sourcing to job offer and induction. Support the HR Manager and management team with employee relations matters - disciplinary investigations, grievances and welfare issues. Assist in devising and delivering a training and development strategy throughout the company. Manage the leaver process and conduct exit interviews. Coordination of employee appraisals to track performance and identify training opportunities Action employee transfers, promotions and other changes. Advise employees and managers on terms & conditions and HR issues.
