Concierge

ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Concierge, your key focus will be to:
1. Ensure a courteous, prompt and efficient service is provided to our guests.
2. Arrange for delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, or mail and liaise with Front Office.
3. Ensure items are correctly recorded and stored safely if necessary.
4. Assist guests in various requests and enquiries such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and obtaining tickets for social events.
5. Ensure prompt and accurate taking of messages and deliveries.
6. Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, theatre shows, restaurants, and other facilities which guests may require.
ABOUT YOU
1. Excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirements.
2. Excellent communication skills, in English language, both written and verbal, and one other language.
3. Strong IT and systems skills (Microsoft Office, GoConcierge, Opera).
4. Immaculate personal presentation.
5. Possession of Golden Keys (advantageous).
6. Pro-active behaviour and leading by example at all times.
7. Ability to solve problems and make balanced decisions.
