The People Data & Systems Partner is a dynamic HRIS professional with a keen interest in Human Resources concepts, principles, practices and Technology systems and an ability to problem solve through practical solutions. The suitable candidate will be driven and passionate about creating and improving HRIS innovation, whilst proactively seeking ways to automate processes and add value by creating efficiencies and meaning to data reporting. This role will be based at our London or Harrogate office with the possibility of some travel to other CMS locations. As a member of the HRIS team you will be supporting the global team in the SF Platform services/modules currently live: BizX Platform (including Report Centre and Integration Centre), Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding 1.0. RMK, etc. Ensure data entered in the systems is regularly monitored, maintained, reliable and valid. Able to generate regular reports from the system and share with relevant stakeholders as and when required. Maintain HRIS Helpdesk regularly for various queries, changes requests, data requests and other purposes e.g., audits, government data requests etc. Supporting critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus submissions, Calibration and Progressions. Assisting in bi-annual releases/upgrades, testing new functionality, and performing regression testing on existing modules and updating documentation. Recommend process improvements where necessary for the benefit of the business. Bulk uploads - importing data into the system import and export. Good understanding in Report Centre and People Stories. Systems compliance. Support with implementation of future SuccessFactors modules. Produce and evolve end user procedures and training material and deliver training to users when required. Required skills & Experience Proven experience with Successfactors who can troubleshoot issues independently, gathering, process transformation, configuration, testing, Data migration, training, support. Data analytics and report creating essential. Understanding of organisation structure and HR processes is essential. Excellent communications & interpersonal skills including good written and spoken English. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data, as well as to always maintain discretion. Ability to think creatively and be innovative when delivering solutions and in problem-solving. MS Office skills to Intermediate level minimum. Demonstratable experience of working with configuration, integrations, data and reports. Ability to interpret and/or discuss complex information to others with no technical background. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work flexibly to multiple deadlines. Lead by example to support team members to deliver team objectives. Proactively manage, mentor and develop team members to continue to provide the best service to our employees. Put forward ideas and suggestions that will enhance/improve our policies and processes. Continuous learning is an essential requirement of the role.
