About the Role As a Concierge Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their valued members, providing seamless support and ensuring a superior experience with every interaction. You will manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing under pressure while delivering outstanding service. Experience in a trades environment or familiarity with BigChange CRM is advantageous, though full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities but not limited to;- Handle member inquiries with a professional and solution-focused approach. Coordinate efficiently with trades professionals to organise, schedule, and manage jobs. Ensure timely and accurate communication to all parties involved in each project. Prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests in a high-paced environment. What Theyre Looking For Experience in customer service, ideally in a trades or home services environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems (BigChange knowledge is a bonus). A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
