As an excellent communicator you will build and maintain strong relationships within (and across) Civil Aerospace and IT and Digital delivery teams to help deliver business outcomes. The role will also work across multiple business areas and partner with Group IT teams to drive improvement in the overall Digital Workplace experience within Civil Aerospace. What you will be doing: As a leader, you will be expected to bring your experience and ideas to help drive improvement agendas and lead strategically – with the support provided for you to be at your best- Lead the Digital & IT engagement in assigned areas and manage key stakeholder relationships. Partner to understand business challenges, priorities and desired outcomes. Develop roadmaps to deliver business priorities whilst reducing risk, technical debt and total cost of ownership. Facilitate the prioritisation of the Digital & IT Portfolio ensuring value, risk and cost are balanced. Communicate the status of Digital & IT delivery assuring the delivery of key business outcomes.
